Case
Management System
The Case Management System
application is designed to provide a framework for tracking and analyzing
high volume case requests, proposals, and case events for the legal,
medical, and other organizations requiring the management of activities on a
case basis. The system offers the ability to implement a centralized or
distributed “docket” group (case and correspondence processing / records
management), providing the latest information to all members of a
geographically dispersed organization, depending upon a user’s system access
rights.
The Case Management
System framework is comprised of several modules to provide the application
functions required, thus maximizing the ability to tailor the application
functions to meet an organization’s specific business needs. The primary
components of the system are case tracking, document management, document
issuance automation, electronic delivery of issued documents, case status
and document publication to a web site, and performance reporting.
The Case Management
System facilitates an organization’s transition towards Electronic
Government, E-FOIA, and the President’s Management Agenda by providing for
informing citizens of cases before the organization through its public web
site, and the collection and reporting of performance statistics.
The system offers the
following features:
-
Current status of any
case is always available.
-
Assignment of cases to a
responsible individual and a location or group.
-
Electronic records
retention.
-
Chronological listing of
case events.
-
Robust statistical and
performance reporting (reports plus a query tool).
-
Captures & Records
Issued Case Documents (documents immediately linked to the case event).
-

Issued Case Documents.
-
